- The image atlas is predominantly aimed at GPs and other primary care health professionals - it is the first of its kind in that it uses tables to aid in diagnosis
- The tables are split into two main groups - general dermatology and skin lesions. You can click on either link on the left hand side of this page to open up the tables
- The atlas is an ongoing project and will take considerable time to complete - conditions that have been completed are shown up in green and underlined in the tables, as well as being listed in the A-Z index. Once clicked on, the articles will open up to discuss the diagnosis and management of the condition highlighted
- The dermoscopy section of the atlas will act as a library to store additional dermoscopic images
- Doctors from the UK and abroad are welcome to submit an article on any of the skin conditions listed under 'General Dermatology' or 'Skin lesions', which as yet have not been completed. If you are interested please go to the 'Contact Us' section of the website. All submissions will be peer reviewed. Successful articles will be published on the website. All authors will have their name acknowledged on the article and will receive a payment of £400
- The PCDS is also keen to receive images of skin conditions for use on the website. As above, all images must have been obtained with appropriate consent - please click here for a consent form if you do not already have one
