Dermoscopic Description
A metaphoric terminology for clods with haemoglobin (blood) as the pigment. Differently sized rounded structures. Commonly red-purple, can be black if thrombosed.

Dilated, thin-walled vessels in the upper dermis.

Lesions in which the structures arise
Angiomas and angiokeratomas.
